The following points are main common troubles during using Ring Rolling Machine, and Solving Way for them:
No action of main oil cylinder, No pressure of hydraulic parameter
If the hydraulic oil is not filled out, check the oil pump
If the adjusting pressure is no action, clean the adjusting valve
If there is no pressure in the oil tank, change the seal rings for oil tank
If the pressure is decreased, exchange hydraulic oil in the oil tank
Rolling ring roundness tolerance is exceed defined range
Check rolling wheel seat, if it’s jumping exceed tolerance, change the bearing
Check if the rolling wheel is machined as per the requirement
Check the matching of baffle plate and impression of rolling wheel
Check mandrel, if it is jumping, exchange it
Check lower support assembly, if it’s worn greatly, exchange it.
Check if the angle of thrust roller and signal roller is suitable, if not, adjust it
Check slide guide, if it’s worn greatly, exchange it.
