Main Technical Feature:
- Radial rolling not only can be fast forward and fast backward, but also can intelligently detect the rolling starting point and follow the pre-setting radial rolling curve to realize servo radial rolling
- Axial rolling not only can rise and fall rapidly, but also can intelligently detect the starting point of axial rolling according to the height of blank, and can be associated with the radial rolling curve, and realize servo axial rolling according to the axial rolling curve
- The end surface rolling is driven by hydraulic motor, the torque is large, and the end rolling speed can be adapt to ring rotating speed.
- The thrust aligning roller not only can determine the starting point intelligently according to blank size, but also can be associated with the radial rolling process curve to realize servo follow-up control according to follow-up position curve.
- The detection signal roller not only can detect the whole process of ring enlargement, but also be associated with the process of radial rolling and thrust aligning process to realize servo follow-up control.
- “Three-roller rolling” is realized in the rolling process, and “three- roller rounding” is realized at the end of rolling
- The main machine is equipped with loading and unloading manipulator to realize automatic loading and unloading.
- The hydraulic system is adopted “oil electric servo + variable pump” system with low oil temperature and remarkable energy saving effect.
- The control system is adopted “PLC + touch screen” control mode, and can carry out remote fault monitoring.
